Holders House in St. James, Barbados, is a historic 17th-century plantation house set on five acres of tropical gardens, offering luxury villa rentals and sales near the West Coast. Renowned for its traditional Caribbean-English architecture, it features a 7-bedroom main house, two guest cottages, a large pool, and hosts the annual Holders Season performing arts festival.

The House has 4 en-suite and 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fan and a safe. We are on a private driveway and have plenty of private parking. The house can be rented as a 4 or 5 bed at a reduced rate.

Holders has a beautiful wraparound veranda, outside deck and large pool deck with sun loungers and umbrellas. On the pool deck is a large covered gazebo with seating for 12 for a poolside lunch OR dinner. We have a large dining area and 2 courtyards if you prefer al fresco dining.
